We also regularly assist our clients in preparing employment agreements, stock option plans, non-disclosure agreements, non-competition agreements, assignment of invention agreements, employment separation agreements, job descriptions, commission plans, employment policies, employee handbooks and personnel manuals, drug and alcohol testing programs, leave of absence policies and other employment-related documents. We also advise our clients and provide training on a wide variety of issues that impact the workplace, including discrimination, harassment and workplace violence as well as the various employment-related laws and regulations that affect the employer-employee relationship such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Colorado Antidiscrimination Act, and the Colorado Wage Claim Act.
Labor and Employment Litigation
