Experience

Ms. Boothby's practice focuses on probate, trust administration, tax and estate planning for family and closely held businesses, including gift and estate planning and using trusts, corporations, limited liability companies and partnership entities.  Prior to joining HBC, Ms. Boothby was a partner at Berenbaum Weinshienk and an associate attorney at Baker & Hostetler where her practice focused on estate planning, probate and trust administration for high net worth clients.
