Clark Edwards joined Hutchinson Black and Cook in 1982 and represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters involving business formation, financing, technology licensing, contractual relations, consulting agreements, real estate developments, water law, estate planning, probate and estate administration.

Clark practiced as a professional engineer and registered land surveyor for a consulting engineering firm in Denver before attending law school.
