Bill Meyer's ILAC Mission to Libya Profiled in the Boulder Daily Camera

As chair of the International Legal Assistance Consortium (ILAC), HBC attorney Bill Meyer spent eight days in November 2011 in Libya, investigating allegations of human rights abuses and discussing the provision of legal assistance to help the country establish democracy and the rule of law.
