Client Vidiom Systems Corporation Acquired by Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings, S.A.

Vidiom Systems Corporation, a leading provider of technology solutions to the cable TV and consumer electronics industries, was represented by Hutchinson Black and Cook partners Jim Carpenter and Carla Sledge in connection with its recent acquisition by Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings, S.A., a Swiss company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Osmosys, Inc. The new company will remain headquartered in Broomfield with additional engineering offices in Portland, Oregon and Des Moines, Iowa and will be named Vidiom Systems, Inc.
