Ann joined the firm in 2025 as Firm Administrator.
With more than 25 years in law firm management in Denver and Boulder, Ann is excited to join a law firm with local roots and an extensive history. She is looking forward to sharing her experiences and skills while contributing to HBC’s legacy in the Boulder community. Ann is a Colorado native who enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and traveling around the globe with her husband, Steve Erickson. They have five children between them and enjoy adventures with them whenever possible.
