HBC partner Justin Konrad will be a featured speaker at the 14th Annual Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Institute in May 2016. Justin will speak on Rights of Publicity, the right to control the commercial use of a person's identity, such as a person's name, image and likeness.
