Experience

Marianne Luu-Chen has been with Hutchinson Black and Cook since 2020. She provides counsel on estate planning, probate and trust administration, premarital and marital agreements, administration of uncontested guardianships and conservatorships, and estate, gift, and income tax planning for individuals and families.

While in law school, Marianne worked with the Honorable Elizabeth D. Leith at the Denver Probate Court, the Indiana Legislative Services Agency, the Office of the Colorado Attorney General, the Honorable Christopher C. Cross of the 18th Judicial District of Colorado, and Ingersoll Rand Inc. She was the research assistant to Professor Frank Sullivan, Jr. and Professor Carrie Hagan.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Marianne was a business consultant based out of Singapore, owned a business in Indiana, and worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology.

Outside of work, Marianne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, singing, studying languages, and photography.
