Experience

Molly Clarke’s law practice focuses on Trusts & Estates planning. Molly joined Hutchinson Black and Cook in 2022 after a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Andrew Hartman of the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, Colorado, where her work focused on civil and probate matters.

During law school, Molly served as a judicial intern to the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Molly also served as a full-time legal intern for Boulder County Legal Services, through the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law’s semester-in-practice program, where she represented clients under the Student Practice Act in the areas of domestic relations law, housing law, administrative law, and consumer protection. Prior to law school, Molly taught organic chemistry laboratory courses at The Ohio State University.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time hiking, skiing, following professional and collegiate football and basketball, and winemaking.
